Hi All,

Just wanted to confirm when the format for GMAT is changing in 2012? From what I have heard verbal and quant dont change only Analytical changes to Integrated Reasoning section. What month is it happening?

if you register in June you will be taking the new GMAT test. If you register before June it is as it is now.

just to confirm, if I register now for june I will write the old one. But I cannot register now for august and write the old one.

dont think you can take the test in old format if you register for aug now, it would probably be like a cut off in jun, POP come's up the new format thereis also an article in TOI "GMAT to debut with new format in June 2012" dated 13th Dec 2011, it says about sample questions already made available at GMAC website.

I think I saw on mba.com that the switchover date is June 5. Anything taken before that will not include the new section. Anything after that date will.

Yes, I just registered and can confirm the official date of change is June 5, 2012.
