I am weighting between Round 2 and Round 3 for Jan intake. Can someone shed light on the scholarship opporunities between round 2 and round 3?
The major set back is GMAT and my low GPA to apply for Round 2.

Of course, admissions first, and scholarships later. If you feel your GMAT is not where you want it to be, better to apply later with a better score. In case you get delayed beyond R3 as well, you can look at R1 2021 Sep intake.
There are decent scholarship available in round 3 as well. Recently had some R3 (Fall 2020) clients make it with 20k+ scholarships.

If you are well into GMAT you may take it by end of May, but if you need to delay it further I do not see an option for R2, for R3 you have plenty of time to prepare.
