Total possible values of n are 9+2 or 11 to 90+2 or 92. So total 10 values.
Thus we should have 10 or it’s factors in denominator.
ONLY D is possible.
But let us find the ways when n is prime.
First number 9+2 or 11….yes
Next to be checked should be 11+18 or 28…Yes
Next 29+18 or 47…yes
Next 47+18 or 65…no
65+18 = 83…yes
Total = 4.
Required Fraction = 4/10 = 2/5

Two digit integers which are divisible by 9 are 10 i.e. 18 to 99
Sincd all 2 digit prime number will all be odd or we can say that number of such would be say 9*odd number eg 9*1+2 ;9*3+2;9*5+2;9*9+2 : total such numbers 4
