Paying the application fee and submitting your application:
1) Login to the Graduate Admission System
2) Click on “Basic Programme Info” not “View Application/Make Payment/Submit Reply on Offer of Admission”
3) Click “Apply” beside the application you wish to submit
4) Upload all required documents and fill in all compulsory fields
5) Go to the “Application Completeness Check & Submission” page and pass the Application Completeness Check done by the system. If your application fails the check, read the red message(s) to identify what you are missing. Complete your application and run the check again. Repeat this step until your application passes the check
6) After your application passes the Application Completeness Check, click “Next” to go to the Online Declarations page
7) Fill in your declarations truthfully then click “Next”
8) Read the Personal Data Notice and Consent page then click “Make Payment and Submit”
9) Click “Proceed to pay”, click the checkbox of the application you wish to make a payment for, select your preferred Payment Method, then click “Make Payment”
10) Complete your payment particulars and submit your application
11) Go to the “View Application/Make Payment/Submit Reply on Offer of Admission” page to check that your payment and application submission have been done (status should be “paid” or “submitted”)
Do note that you must pay the non-refundable application fee before you are allowed to submit your application.
