Hi,

I wanted to apply to ASU Mba with GRE.
But I have doubt with which score should I apply,

GRE1- v153 Q 160
GRE2- v151 Q164

Hi there, I would submit the 2nd one. Typically Quant is valued more. Plus when I use the GRE to GMAT conversion tool from ETS, your first score converts to 600 and your second converts to 630. Not a perfect conversion of course, but I think the 2nd one is stronger.

Hope that helps!

Hi,

Thank you for your reply.
My AWA for GRE1 3.5 & GRE2 3.
I have heard the schools in the US are more particular about Verbal marks and my verbal is better in the first GRE and Quants in the second. Really in a fix now to which score to use.

I would still submit the 2nd one, or at least make that your primary score. Can you submit both?

The 2nd one is higher overall. ASU's average GRE is 313 and only your 2nd attempt is above that. They have other ways to evaluate your verbal skills, through your essays and interview. Plus, a 3 vs. 3.5 in AWA doesn't seem like a meaningful difference to me.

Good luck,
Kate
