(E) $$y = \frac{3}{2}x – 7$$

CONCEPT: For lines to be parallel, The lines must have Same slope $$m_1 = m_2$$

Given Line may be re-written as y = (-3/2)x+4
i.e. Slope of given line, $$m_1 = -(3/2)$$

Option D i.e. $$y = - \frac{3}{2}x + 7$$ also has slope $$m_2 = -(3/2)$$
