Perimeter = r+s+(r-a)+(s-b)
=2(r+s)-(a+b)

Answer should be E not C. Perimeter=r+s+s-b+a+b+r-a=2(s+r)

s-b+a+b+r-a+s+r=2(r+s)

The top left side is equal to s - b and the right-hand side is equal to r - a; thus, the perimeter is:

r + s - b + a + b + r - a + s = 2r + 2s = 2(r + s)

Answer: E
