42 = 6*7 = 3*2*7.

3 distinct prime factors.

Option D) 252.

252 = 2*126 = 2 * 3*42 = 2*3 * 6 * 7 = 2 * 3 * 2 *3*7.

2,3,7.

3 distinct prime factors.

IMO D

distinct factors 42 = 2 * 3 * 7

252 = 2*2*3*3*7
