Hi Aimba123,
The OG13/GMAT2015 edition replaced about 25% of the practice questions from the OG12 with new material. The next version of that book (the GMAT2016, which is set to come out in June of this year) supposedly replaces about 25% of the OG13 with new material. This is all meant to say that the latest version of the book includes a bunch of questions that you have not practiced with yet, so you might find it useful to purchase.
Since you've taken the GMAT already, there are some broader issues though:
1) How did you score on your original GMAT (including the Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores)?
2) How long did you study for that first attempt?
3) What resources did you use before?
4) What is your goal score?
The GMAT is a predictable, standardized Exam, so you CAN train to score at a higher level. If you're looking to improve on your prior scores though, you'll likely have to change how you study (including investing in some new resources besides the OG).
GMAT assassins aren't born, they're made,
