hey guys,done with gmat 13th edition OG..i have 11th edition soft copy and 2nd edition hard copy..would prefer studying from the hard copy..bt aint sure if 2nd edition would help in 2014..kindly help me out which one should i start with.

When you say study, there is not really anything to study from those books - they are just questions, so you are solving questions (hopefully you followed some kind of a guidebook such as MGMAT's guides that have both OG 13/OG 14 study plan. If not, you have probably been wasting your time.
OG 2nd edition comes in 2 flavors Quant and Verbal. They are booth somewhat easier than OG 13 but still good sources of official questions.
OG 11 is decent as it does not have much overlap with OG 13th but it does have overlap with GMAT Prep so i would NOT recommend going through at this moment.
