Hello,

I am applying for Part time MBA programs. Being in the Bay Area and going for the top school, Berkeley Haas is my first choice. They Round 1 doesn't open until mid-November with a decision date in February. Another school of my choice is UCLA Anderson. Their Fully Employed MBA Round 1 opens in October with a decision date in December.

How long does the applicant have to accept the admission offer?
If Haas is my first choice, would it be better not to apply to Anderson in Round 1? Otherwise, would I have to accept Anderson and won't be able to accept Haas if get the acceptance later?

Thank you for your advice,
BD

Hi there BD,
The dates that deposits and such are due vary a lot so I encourage you to ask the school for the exact dates, and deposit amounts. Then take that info into account as you decide on your timing. Earlier rounds are preferred but within reason; see what makes sense for you. If you're ready to apply and up for it you may want to submit for R1.
