Why don't you wait to apply next year? If you're unhappy with your GMAT, perhaps you could retake it and pull up your score.

Yes, my GMAT was 680. I was admitted to Booth, CBS, and Stern. The GMAT is only one piece of the puzzle, though. Adcoms take a holistic approach when evaluating an applicant's profile.

If you're looking at Top 15 schools your best bet is to wait and apply next year. Your GMAT is on the low side and if your essays and recs are only mediocre you'd be wasting money applying in the last round.
