Which two years did the least number of boys attend the convention?

1995 -> 50%*716 = 358
1996 -> 55%*1108 = 50%*1108+5%*1108= 554+55.4=609.4
1997 -> 60%*1520 = 912
1998 -> 35%*2240 = (30%*2240)+ 5%*2240= 784

1995 and 1996
