I have been trying to purchase GMAT Official Practice Exams (3-6). On the home screen (here: mba[dot]com/exam-prep/gmat-official-practice-exams-3-to-6), it shows $89.98. However, upon checkout, the cost increases to around $106 (7,691.72 Indian rupees)! I do not understand. Is it some kind of hidden cost or am I missing something? Can anyone please help?

That is strange... I get no such price spike when I do the same through the website. Could it be a surcharge on the method of payment you intend to use? Is there no notification of any sort of tax or surcharge? I cannot imagine there would be such a hefty fee for an international purchase. Apart from your trying a different method of payment, I have no suggestions for how to resolve the issue. You could contact GMAC™, but I doubt you would get a speedy response, in light of the many issues that test-takers are having with the Enhanced Online Exam.

This cost increase happens even before I choose any payment method. I tried using VPN to see if this increase is country-specific but still got the same response. I wonder what is going on!
