Hi,
I attempted GMAT earlier this year. I got 590 so decided to cancel the score. I again attempted GMAT on 19th this month and got 650. So i accepted the score. Today i got my score card. But, on it, there was written the date of my cancelled exam along with my newest exam and under each section it was written 'c'. So I was wondering if such a scorecard will be presented to the schools also, wherein there will be the date of my previous GMAT and c are present. If yes, will it be better to reinstate my old GMAT score

No. schools can no longer see canceled scores or records of them. That view was only for you in case you wanted to reinstate one of the canceled scores or to order an enhanced score report

The test taker's copy is different from the one that is sent to the school. So be assured that the school will not see that you cancelled a score.
