ok folks, with all R1 apps submitted, R2 apps being worked on, waiting for interviews, admits, waitlists and dings (barf)... I thought why not find out whats on the minds of folks for Christmas... I always believed in Santa - except when I found out my dad stuffing the toys under the Christmas tree, but that belief has not died... so here's my wish list for Christmas 1. Assassin's Creed (XBOX 360 video game) 2. Carbo fiber knick knacks for my motorcycles 3. A fedora (styled like a pimp hat) 4. A date with Jessica Alba Let's hear from other folks.. and please no wishing for admits... thats not a wish.. thats salvation.. and this is how I picture Santa to be.....

Pelihu - I am old enough to remember when the Apple 2 came out, and I remember being absolutely entranced watching King's Quest 1 take a full minute to load each screen - it would draw a tree first, then a boulder, then a house... the graphics now in games are jaw-dropping by comparison.

We had a IIgs and played King's Quest and Space Quest religiously...

OMG River! How could I forget Space Quest! OK, I'm looking at my posts on this subject, I just want to make it clear that I don't still live with my parents in a basement apartment or something, and I've never dressed up as a Star Trek character. I swear.

Is that Oregon Trail? I played a text version of that in elementary school. I'm sure a lot of you must have played Sim City and Civilization. Those were really time burners.

Oregon Trail, I loved that! Not sure if people have played this game called "Scorched Earth" in school. One where you shoot different types of weapons at each other, taking the terrain, gravity, and wind speed into account. Space Quest was awesome! Another time sucking game back in high school/jr high was Dune II and Doom. Those took up so much of my time. Oh yeah, and who can forget "Star Control II"... that was a classic!
