The non-underlined portion has "you" and not "one". This indicates that you cannot use "one" in the underlined portion as well, as in the case of A, C and D.
Between B and D, Bis better because D is more complicated and is definitely not the best way to convey the meaning compared to B, which is fairly simple.
Hence B is the correct answer.
