Typically when they ask for your total months of employment, and ask you to list your jobs on the application, they look for full-time, post-college work experience but that doesn't mean they won't consider work experience during college. If there's nowhere to include it on the application, and you feel it's important to highlight those experiences, then list them on your resume and schools will definitely consider that.
Good luck!

When applying to MBA schools, will they look at work experience during college? For example, I was an IT Analyst and a Resident Advisor as a work-study position. Will schools look at that or is it strictly work experience after college? These positions show leadership experience and it would help my application if colleges look at these. Please let me know, any help is appreciated!
