Now the authority decides that the road is to be constructed in 55 days, working 13 hours per day. If there are only 27 women present, how many men will be needed?

So to construct a road,
(24 men + 33 women) X 11 X 78 person hrs required

35 X 11 X 78 man hours required to complete the road
Now, 27 women are present, which is equal to 9 men
and 13 hrs for 55 days working time is allocated
Efforts = (x+9) X 13 X 55 man hours, x is no of extra men required
(x+9) X 13 X 55 = 35 X 11 X 78
x = 33
