Take a break and return with a positive frame of mind. Realize that you are not alone in this struggle. Start with reading posts especially those in which people managed a huge jump in their scores, second as bb has pointed in his retake forum plan your attack well. Finally get all the best resources.
This is not a bash on your post, but a good way to improve your verbal skills is to actively try and write well-formed, grammatically correct sentences.
I realize that internet forums are not known for perfect grammar, and I don't think your post reflects your true ability, but I can't help but think that slowing down and writing correctly would help your verbal score in the future!

I really wonder that is there any one who puts a gun to your head and force you to write before as b4. It may be a good tactic for note taking but not a good style for others to read.

I highlighted grammar errors in your reply, which makes your argument FALSE.
