I have Manhattan 4th edition which I bought used, and currently plan to buy the strategy guide from Manhattan for integrated reasoning separately.
However, Is it other things that will be different in official guide 13th edition? I will still buy OG 13, for both test practice as well for integrated reasoning. But should I buy 5th edition of the full set of Manhattan strategy guides as well? Right now, I have to use the OG 12th edition since the 4th edition of MGMAT strategy set supports that version and not 13th.
As far as I have heard, it's not necessary since the layout of the questions on quantitative and verbal will continue to be pretty much the same as old GMAT. Am I right here? or should I invest in the latest edition?

Not for Quant. The quant books/chapters are pretty much the same.
Verbal seems to have been reworked quite a bit (I have gone only through quant and verbal has to wait a bit, at least after the June 5th).
You should be able to find conversion tables for the OG 13 and MGMAT 4th edition soon. Right now MGMAT seems to be still referring people to their student services: https://www.manhattangmat.com/forums/nee ... 15620.html

Since I'm a student I do not have an excessive amount of money and I prefer spending those on other material as well so as for now, I'm gonna wait for more opinions about this. I have just ordered OG 13 and also hope to draw some conclusion from reading that - how it stands in comparison to OG 12.
