I've been particular impressed with not only the caliber of my classmates, but also the amount that they genuinely care about my success. I can't speak to other schools that use the word "collaborative", but I can honestly say that I see it every day, from the classroom to the job search. The smaller class size is something else to consider. It's pretty amazing being able to know the names and faces of all of the people in my class.
Being in a major city with an airport was also something that was important to me. From a cost and scheduling standpoint, it's incredibly convenient to schedule direct flights.

The school provides a holistic learning experience through lectures, cases and experiential learning opportunities. The chance to work with a real world client even before the internship is a great value addition and it prepared the students to deliver their best during the summer. The alumni network is vast and responsive, and the location helps students stay connected with a number of alums in various firms.
Goizueta has impressive career placement stats, and there are numerous opportunities for students to interact and interview with most of the firms MBAs want to work with.
The culture at Goizueta deserves a special mention because GBS students are the warmest bunch of MBAs you'll ever find - competitive, but friendly and collaborative.

Goizueta front loads core requirements, so I only have a week left of core classes, and next semester will be taking only electives. I think I will enjoy that experience much more, as the core has seemed needlessly difficult during recruiting season. Some core classes to not provide value, but I expect this would be the case most places. Career services I'd great if you fit into one of their defined tracks, bit I found my internship on my own. Overall it's been a good experience and I would recommend goizueta if the location works for you and you plan on staying in the southeast (or going to new York for ibanking).
