1. Tables are small
2. Bad internet connection. My connection was lost several times.
3. Examinees enter the room continuisly. They took other exams like PTE, SAT also. So the examiner was intructing the new examinee which hampered my concentration.
4. The person who was responsible to supply marker, paper etc was very irresponsible. I put up my hand for 3-4 mins for asking extra paper but the examiner was not available.
5. Computer monitors are old modeled. They should be replaced.

My experience at the GMAT exam center at IT Bangla in Dhaka, Bangladesh, was nothing short of a nightmare. The state of the facility was deplorable. The computer terminals were ancient relics, prone to freezing and lagging, which severely disrupted my test-taking process. The keyboards were sticky and unresponsive, making it frustratingly difficult to type efficiently. To add to the misery, the sitting chairs were uncomfortable and in dire need of repair. It felt like I was taking a crucial exam in a run-down cybercafe from the early 2000s. Such subpar conditions not only marred my performance but also left me questioning the credibility of the testing center. A thoroughly disappointing experience.

Quiet as expected but Monitor was a bit distant. I think the sitting arrangement can improve a bit. Sitting should be flexible.
I think the sitting arrangement should enable the test taker to adjust the distance of the monitor from the seat in a way that the monitor does not stay so far from the seat.
For lack of flexibility of the sitting, I could not effortlessly watch the monitor and comfortably progress through questions.
Therefore, I think we should make them aware of their lacking and suggest to them a proper course of action in improving the exam hall settings so that test-takers feel comfort and display their best performance in the test day.
