Location Gurugram, India
I had a very bad experience at the Pearson test center located at Sushant University, Gurgaon. The testing environment was extremely noisy due to other candidates taking different exams in the same space and typing constantly throughout the session. It was difficult to concentrate, especially during time-sensitive sections. To make matters worse, there was a network error in the middle of my exam where the screen went out completely. Although the issue was eventually addressed, it disrupted my focus and increased anxiety during an already high-pressure situation. For a standardized exam center, reliability and a quiet environment are basic expectations. Unfortunately, this center failed on both counts. I would strongly advise future test-takers to consider alternative locations if possible.
Avoid unless no options, try to check with the centre if the conditions will be fine.

My experience at this test center was disappointing and stressful. During the exam, multiple candidates were typing loudly, which made it hard to focus. More seriously, the internet disconnected midway through the test, interrupting the exam flow entirely. This forced me to lodge a complaint with GMAC to request a reattempt, which involved significant confusion and follow-ups. An exam of this importance requires a controlled, quiet environment and robust technical support, both of which were lacking. Given the pressure associated with standardized tests, such disruptions are unacceptable. I would strongly advise future test-takers to consider alternative centers to avoid unnecessary stress.

The staff is well versed with the onboarding process and conduct all necessary protocols with utmost seriousness and professionalism. They are prompt at catering to mid-exam break requirements. The center is well-equipped, the AC's work fine, the exam space and center washrooms are clean.
However, During my exam, there was blaring music coming from the nearby metro station. It seemed like a one-off situation, and I was provided with earplugs along with the noise cancellation headphones to easy the discomfort.
Overall, the experience was comfortable, and the environment was exam friendly. The onboarding process was quick, and the invigilators were understanding and cordial.

I was give noise cancellation earplugs. There was a water coller as well outside. The facility staff was also kind enough to explain all rules and regulations. Passport was thoroughly checked. -The computer hanged frequently for at least 10 secs.
-Noise of key boards was frequent.
-Time of clocks mismatched for more than 5 mins.
Other than this the center was okay. However i recommend that above points must be taken seriously.

All in all, it was a smooth experience at the Pearson VUE Centre with no disturbance during the test and adequate tech facilities (provision of noise cancelling headphones were a great plus). The staff was respectful and catered to all doubts and queries of the applicants. The centre was spotless clean and had adequate lighting for a proper examination experience. The location of the centre is also easily accessible and I highly recommend it for all test takers. The only recommendation for improvement that I have is that the proctors should be vigilant enough to observe when an applicant has raised his hand as I had to turn back and remind the proctor multiple times to replace my writing pad.

Overall satisfied with the center. I took my exam in the morning session (8am onwards). The center was well maintained including its washrooms. The chairs where comfortable and keyboards were working just fine. I felt uncomfortable with the noise cancellation headphones so then they provided me 3M earplugs, which helped a lot. Instructions were clearly informed to us at the beginning of the exam. The whole center was extremely well-lit, and the air conditioning was at optimum level.
Room for improvement- We were only allowed to drink water in between sections or else take a break in the middle of a section but our clock will not be stopped. I have given GMAT exam at other centers too, and those people provided water bottles at every station. At this center, there was a common water dispenser which can be only accessed when you leave your examination room.

I recently gave my GMAT Exam (Nov 7, 2022) at Pearson Gurgaon.
The Center is located in an IT Park near MG Road Metro Station. at a walking distance, less than a kilometer. I had the 10 AM Slot. I reached half an hour before. Stayed at a hotel nearby in the same locality since I do not live in Delhi-NCR.
I already knew that the center would be decent given that Pearson manages it, but I was thoroughly impressed. The test center staff was very professional throughout my test. Lockers are available to you to keep a bag. Do wear a mask, they're pretty strict about that.
The workstations were nicely maintained, and the monitor was quite huge, maybe 27 inches or more, in size. I was also given noise-cancellation headphones. It did help during the Verbal Reasoning Section and AWA.
Overall I was quite happy with my test-taking experience at this center. If you're planning to go here and have any doubts, don't think anymore and just finalize it.
P.S. You can also take a break, in accordance with GMAT Exam Rules, but you cannot go outside the center itself. I would advise everyone to keep a water bottle, even though water dispensers are available. Same for snacks.

After I had a terrible experience at one of the non-Pearson centers a couple of years ago, I vowed to never trust these again and go only for the Pearson VUE official centers. And writing this review after my GMAT, I couldn't be prouder of my decision. I would highly recommend this center to all test-takers in Delhi-NCR.
The Pearson Professional Center at Gurugram is conveniently located inside Times Tower, which is situated on the main MG road at a 500m walking distance from MG Road Metro Station, providing great connectivity for Yellow line suburbs. Times Tower has a professional office space environment and is leased by leading corporates, hence you will find great amenities inside the building, including a full-blown cafeteria that you can visit pre/post-exam.
The Pearson center is located on the 2nd floor. The staff inside is super polite and respectful, and infuses a cheerful atmosphere that completely eases your exam nerves. The center is huge from within, is kept very clean, has ambient lightings, and 100% sound proofing from outside. It has a has a large waiting area, spacious lockers, super clean restrooms, and 2 exam rooms which can host about 10 students each. I had an afternoon slot on a working day so I didn't find a lot of test-takers, I guess there were only about 3-4 of them.
After a quick passport scan, photograph, and palm scan, I was allotted a locker and was led to the instruction zone where one of the staff members explained me various details and another led me inside to the testing room where I was provided a large fully sanitized workstation, scratch pads, and a fresh set of markers. After that it was business as usual until I left, nothing noteworthy.
Good luck to everyone.
PS: One thing to note is that although there are digital wall clocks in the center they are easy to miss from your field of sight. Take great care to stick to the time-breaks, it is easy to overshoot them by a minute or so, like it happened once with me, and panic might set in easily if the next section is your nemesis.
