Working with The Red Pen during my MBA application journey was a very structured and self-discovering experience. From the beginning, Anju and team invested time in understanding my background, goals, and the themes that could best shape my story. What I appreciated most was how thorough the process was, starting from school research and GTKY calls to STAR stories, resume refinement, LOR guidance, and essay storyboarding. The feedback was detailed and often pushed me to think more deeply about how to present my experiences with clarity and authenticity.
