* On prices. Each figure is the lowest published tier for the engagement named, collected from the firm's own site on 30 July 2026. Firms shown as "not published" quote privately rather than listing a price, which is also why they are not eligible for Best Value. Prices change, so check the firm's site before you budget.

How to use this page

1

Start with your situation

Choose the category that most closely matches the challenge in your application. A reapplicant, a career changer and someone preparing for interviews may need very different kinds of support.

2

Read beyond the rating

Each review count links to the firm's GMAT Club review page. Read several recent reviews to understand the working style, consultant experience and type of support clients actually describe.

3

Compare more than one option

Where consultations are available, speak with at least two providers. Fit with the individual consultant or platform matters, and an award should help you build a shortlist rather than make the decision for you.

Frequently asked questions

Who is included in these awards?

The 2026 field consisted of 25 firms with a verified review presence on GMAT Club as of 30 July 2026. This page displays award recipients only; eligibility rules, category definitions, data sources and scoring details are available on the methodology page.

Did firms pay for these awards?

No. Some firms maintain paid listings or advertising relationships with GMAT Club, but those arrangements do not affect award eligibility, scoring, category placement or results. Firms take no part in setting criteria or scoring, and no firm can influence or purchase an award.

How were the winners chosen?

Primarily from 2,711 verified reviews written by GMAT Club members, supplemented by hand-reviewed Reddit discussion, public LinkedIn evidence and published pricing where a category requires it. The methodology page explains the weights, eligibility rules and limitations.

How recent is the review data?

Reviews count at full weight for three years and at half weight from three to five years. Anything older is excluded, because firms change - consultants leave, teams grow, processes get rebuilt.

Why do two categories have two Golds?

Where the top two firms finish within two points of each other, both receive Gold under the published tie rule and no Silver is awarded.

How should I use this?

Start with the category that best matches your situation, then read the linked reviews and compare the people, process or platform experience behind each award. Consider more than one provider where possible; the awards narrow the field, but fit still matters.

Eligibility rules, category definitions, data sources and known limitations are on the methodology page.
