My interview experience was very good. I was being interviewed by Katie Stober. She is a very nice and humble lady. During my one to one interaction with her she gave a nuanced perceptive about the MBA Application and about the course. My Interview questions were as follow :-
Q1. Can you share your hobbies and passions?
Q2.Please detail your work experience, including promotions, timelines, and acquired skills.
Q3. Why have you chosen to pursue an MBA now, specifically in 2024?
Q4.What other schools have you applied to, and what were your reasons for choosing them?
Q5.Why did you choose Texas A&M University, and what aspects of the program excite you the most?
Q6.What draws you to a career in consulting, and what is your backup plan if consulting doesn't work out?
Q7.Why didn't you opt for a combined MBA and MS in Analytics program?
Q8.What technical skills do you possess, and how do you leverage technology in your current role?

I took my time in the Behavioural questions because you need time to arrange answers in STAR format.
Also, I took the opportunity to ask questions as a way of demonstrating additional skills, as in if I am about to ask about the MBA association, I asked this way, "I was thrilled to learn about the MBA association as I have already won the college elections in my undergrad once and it would be amazing to campaign and win this time as well. Could you tell me how the students are elected and how they form the new clubs?"

Had my interview on the 1st of Dec with Pedro Garza. It was a 45 minute interview. Pedro was very straight forward and direct. Interview was slightly more formal than conversational.
Questions:
1) tell me about you, not about your professional background but things besides that.
2) walk me through your professional experience and reasoning behind career decisions as you moved roles and companies.
3) why MBa
4) why mays
5) situation where you failed
6) post MBA goals, which companies?
7) back up plan if primary goals don't work out
8) challenge while managing a team / team conflict
9) which other schools and how did you decide?
10) any questions you have?
