A. Irrelevant since it doesent undermine since it doesent explain why the satisfaction declined and also doesent separate AI from the issue
B. Irrelevant since it doesent undermine as this doesent explicitly say AI wasnt the cause as it is vague
C. Irrelevant as it strengthens rathen undermine by supporting the executives view.
D. Irrelevant since it doesent undermine because it doesent explain why competitor satisfaction declined.
E. Relevant as it undermines the executives conclusion by saying that problem was because of poor implementation not AI itself. Due to lack of training, satisfaction declined which caused the issue.

E.

Let's assess each option one by one:

A=> Acknowledges Ai issues but does not explain the competitors' satisfaction score drop. Eliminate.
B=> Does not concern AI adoption as the cause. Eliminate.
C=> It actually supports not weakens. Eliminate.
D=> Future opportunity, does no direct harm to conclusion about "preserving quality"
E=> It directly weakens the statement as this argument sheds light on poor execution on the competitor's part. Correct.

Final Answer => E

From the paragraph:
Nexcom did not adopt AI due to concerns over response accuracy and their customer satisfaction stayed stable.
Other companies using AI reported decline in satisfaction of casual users.
Because of this Nexcom says humans are better than AI.

Options:
A. Mixed sentiment does not explain decline in satisfaction and does not challenge the idea that humans are better. Hence no.
B. It is not AI's fault that customer is not able to use it. AI may be better for those understanding it. Hence no.
C. It supports the conclusion rather than weakening it. Hence no.
D. Possible future benefits of AI does not mean it is better or worse. Hence no.
E. If the staff was untrained for AI, it would not have been of good help to the customer. Explains the drop in satisfaction. Best choice.

Answer Option E
