Nonsense! I know that can be a concern, but just think about it this way: how many finance folks can a program possibly admit? Can you imagine how those classes would be if everyone in them had a finance background? I shudder at the thought!

I like your GPA, I like your GMAT, I like your work experience, and, more than anything, I like the IMPACT you made during your work experience.
Also, you worked full time while going to school - that tells me (and a future adcom) a lot about your passions, drive, and characters.
Look, the short answer here is you're good to go!
Your work experience as an educator is not a point for concern. It is a differentiator. So embrace it and make it the cornerstone of your application. You have a lot of great experiences to pull from that'll help your application stand out from the thousands of others.
