\(\sqrt{3}=\frac{x}{100}\sqrt{12}\)

\(\sqrt{12}=\sqrt{4*3}=2\sqrt{3}\)

\(\sqrt{3}=\frac{x}{100}2\sqrt{3}\)

\(\frac{\sqrt{3}}{2\sqrt{3}}=\frac{x}{100}\)

\(\frac{1}{2}=\frac{x}{100}\)

\(x=50\)

Answer E.
