also what's the optimal time for each verbal section, for example, in 15 mins I should finish x questions of CR? Thanks.

The new (Since April 2018) GMAT is having below combination of questions:

(a) RC: 13-14 questions (4 passages)
(b) SC: 12-13 questions
(c) CR: 9-10 questions

Now what you should do, is analyze your strengths and weaknesses and then devise your timing strategy.
Generally, It takes 2- 2.5 minutes to read a short passage and upto 3.5 minutes for long passages and then each RC question should not take more than 1.5 minutes on average.

CR - 2 minutes on averge
SC 1-1.5 minutes on average

Again, this is generalization, and many individuals manage in different ways. And yet again, even with every different strategy few questions take more time while few will take much lesser time.

Hope this helps.

Thanks.
The Graceful
