CONCEPT : \(10^{−2} = 10*10^{−3}\)
i.e. \((4 * 10^{−2}) − (2.5 * 10^{−3}) = (4*10 * 10^{−3}) − (2.5 * 10^{−3}) = 10^{−3}*(40-2.5) = 37.5*10^{−3} = 0.0375\)
