Hey buddy,

just saw you posting on the chat.

I am always super happy to see hard work paying off, thus it delights me to see that your efforts and dedication paid off.
And retaking the test after a 710 takes some serious dedication.

All the best with your applications my friend!

Best regards,
Chris

Thanks so much, bud! Greatly appreciated.

My PM's are always open.

I've probably spent 100's of hours studying to get to this point....hard work pays off.

Congratulations (belatedly!) on the amazing score, stideshighdives! And thank you for the kind words -- it's always good to hear when somebody gets good value from the LSAT stuff.

Dabral at GMAT Quantum always struck me as being a really good dude who knows what he's doing, and I'm surprised that I don't see him mentioned here more often. Glad to hear that you had a good experience with his materials, too.

Congratulations again, and good luck with your applications!

Thanks so much GMATNinja! I Appreciate the Kudos greatly.

Side Note For anyone who's read this far: I was pondering my GMAT experience today, and I realized that one of the most valuable bits of advice that I can give to anyone who's taking the GMAT is to make sure that you don't psych yourself out about the difficulty of the question that's being presented to you. It's become a platitude at this point, but seriously: just do your best on every question in front of you as it's presented. I can not stress this enough. During each attempt, my subjective assessment of how I did did not match my actual total score.

When you're at the test center, just take a deep breath, clear your mind, and do your best. There's nothing else you can do. Worrying about anything other than what's immediately on your computer screen in front of you will only hurt.

stideshighdives Congrats! Thanks for sharing your valuable experience. I’m sure it would inspire all of us who are trying to accomplish what you managed to achieve working tirelessly.

Btw I had a question for you. I was wondering if there is any place where I can find video explanations for all official/OG CR Qs (preferably free)?

Wish you luck for your applications. I’m looking forward to your another story of getting into your top dream school :)

Thanks dabaobao!

As far as OG Verbal explanations go, I'm not exactly sure off the top of my head, but to the best of my knowledge, the GMAT Club community has done a solid job at creating enlightening threads which discuss OG Verbal explanations. From my understanding, Empower GMAT seems to lean heavily on using Official material.
