10% of the fourth-grade students = (10/100)*150 = 15
1/6 of the fifth-grade students = (1/6)*150 = 25 and
60 of the sixth-grade students do not attend school
Total Absenteeism = 15+25+60 = 100
Percentage attendance less = 100/(150+150+150) = 22.22%
