A company's sales team has 60% males and rest females. Its HR team has 40% males and rest females. Neither of the two teams has any person in common. Number of female employees of sales team is what percent less than the number of female employees of HR team?

Sales - 60% males and 40% females
HR. - 40% males and 60% females
We are looking for value of $$\frac{0.6h-0.4s}{0.6h}=1-\frac{0.4s}{0.6h}$$

(1) Number of male employees in both teams is equal.
So $$0.6s=0.4h........\frac{s}{h}=\frac{0.4}{0.6}=2/3$$
So $$1-\frac{0.4s}{0.6h}=1-\frac{2}{3}*\frac{s}{h}=1-\frac{2}{3}*\frac{2}{3}=1-\frac{4}{9}=\frac{5}{9}$$.. so 500/9%
Sufficient

(2) Number of female employees in HR team is 125% more than the number of female employees in sales team.
So $$0.6h=(1+1.25)*0.4s.......\frac{0.4s}{0.6h}=\frac{1}{2.25}=\frac{4}{9}.$$
Thus $$1-\frac{4}{9}=\frac{5}{9}$$ or 500/9%
