I posted this on Reddit and got a lot of DMs, so wanted to share here too since I know GMAT Club folks stress about scores just as much.
I know everyone here worries about scores (I did too), but I’m convinced it came down to one thing: knowing how to tell my story.
Yes, I had startup experience, but so do thousands of other applicants. The difference was learning how to connect my experiences into a compelling narrative that showed growth, impact, and clear vision - not just listing achievements.
Turns out, when I shared this framework with other applicants, several of them ended up getting into Stanford, HBS, and Kellogg too.
If you’re stressed about your score, remember: your story matters more than you think.
Happy to answer questions if anyone wants to DM me directly (not in comments).
