if subscription starts as partial week, it will be charged as weekly.

find= how many billable weekly weeks was Laura charged?

need= total number of weeks and which day of the week she started?

lets say total week = n
charge per week = p
days in week = 7
total days = 7n

we need to find 7n.

S-1
total bill = 180
7np = 180

still two unknown. not sufficient.

S-2
7n-2 = 7np - 45
7np - 7n = 43
7n (p-1) = 43

still not sufficient.

7n - 2 = 135

we can get n from here.

both statements together are sufficient.

option C.

Statement 1
Laura could have been charged for 4 weeks at a rate of $45 per week, or she could have been charged for 10 weeks at a rate of $18 per week.
we cannot determine a single unique value for the number of billable weeks.

Statement 2

If Laura had ended her subscription 2 days earlier, she would have been charged $45 less. That means the weekly charge is $45.
However, knowing that the weekly fee is $45 does not tell us how many total weeks she stayed or how much her total bill was.

Evaluating Both Statements Together

From Statement 1, we know that Laura's total bill was $180. From Statement 2, we deduced that the app charges a weekly fee of $45.
No. of billable weeks = 180/45 = 4
