-2/3 = (y - 5)/(x - 2)
-2x + 4 = 3y - 15
2x + 3y = 19 when we substitute the values
2(11) + 3(-1) = 22 - 3 = 19 this point is on the line.
We try similarly for the other options.
2(8) + 3(1) = 16 + 3 = 19 on the line
2(4) + 3(7) = 8 + 21 = 29 not on the line. Our answer choice.
2(-1) + 3(7) = -2 + 21 = 19
2(5) + 3(3) = 10 + 9 = 19
C is the answer choice

slope is given as -2/3 negative slope
the line passes through a point (2,5)
just draw a line with -ve slope through the point....
the line will pass through the 1st, 2nd and 3rd quadrants..max...
now take the options.,,...except (4,7) all other given options can be there on the line.
if the (4,7) point has to be there on the line, the line cannot sustain its negative slope
therefore ans C
