A man buys milks at $85 per liter and dilutes it with water. He sells the mixture at the same rate at gains a 11.11%. Find the quantity of water mixed by hi in every liter of milk.

A. 0.111
B. 0.909
C. 0.1
D. 0.125
E. 0.9

calculate the profit = 85*(1+11.11/100) = 94.445 so profit = 9.444
he is selling the milk mixed with water too at the same rate he got the milk which is 85 per litre, so for 85$= 1 litre and for 1$=1/85, so for 9.444$= 1/85*9.444= 0.111 water in every litre of milk 
this solution includes lot of calculation and waste of time, if someone has better way to solve please let me know

So the Actual Price is 85 Per 1000 ML
He makes a profit of 1/9th i.e 11.11%. So his costing is 76.5
Now By Unitary Method if 85 Dollars equals to 1000ML how much does 76.5 equal to. Answe is 900 Ml Milk
Therefore 100 ML Water

that means for every 9 units of milk the man earns (cp of) 1 unit of milk since he gives water in place of milk.
so this 1 unit=water he mixes.
so, suppose in 9 liters of milk he mixes 1L of water.so in 1 liter he mixes (1/9)=.1111L

sale price: 85(x+y)
profile: sale price - cost = 85y
so 11.11%=(85y)/85x
y/x = 0.1111
y=0.1111x
if x=1, y=0.1111
that means if he uses 1 liter milk, then he needs 0.1111 liter water

milk=(1-x)

Actual cost of milk = 85/(1-x), selling price = 85
so, 
 \frac{85}{(1-x)}*(1+1/9) =85 
10/9(1-x) = 1
1-x = 10/9
x=1/9=0.111
