Total Time = 2 hours + 100+100+30+40 minutes = 2 hours and 270 minutes = 6 hours and 30 minutes

Walking time = \(\frac{25}{10}= 2.5 \) hrs
Rest time = 24*10= 240 min or 4 hrs
Total time = 2.5 + 4= 6.5 hrs

It is important to note that the man will rest only till the \(24^{th}\) km as after that he will reach his destination hence we don't count rest time after the \(25^{th} \)km.
