10km/hr
i.e 1km in 6 mins
plus 10 mins break
total time for 1 km is 16 mins
for 25 kms = 25x16=400 mins
minus 10 mins as he is already at destination and no break is required so -10
final 390 mins i.e 3hrs 30 mins
