While I was pretty regular with my workouts before my GMAT prep started, I now find that I can't afford to give precious time away for anything other than my prep.
But I still hit the gym once every few days. I warm up with a little cardio and do a round of nice, full-body stretches. Its amazing how relaxed I feel! But yeah, no more time for anything more strenuous!
