Solution
- • We know that the diagonals of a regular hexagon divide it internally in 6 equilateral tringles (as shown in the below diagram).
• So area of the hexagon = 6*area of one equilateral triangle(Say triangle AOF) \(= 6*\frac{\sqrt{3} }{ 4 }*8^2 = 96\sqrt{3}\)
