Let the capacity = 100 Liter
Then 75% of capacity= 75 Liter & 60% of capacity= P =60
We need 25 Liter to increase water from 75% to 100%
A. P/4 = 60/4 =15.........................Eliminate
B. 2P/5 = 2*60/5=24.....................Eliminate
C. 5P/12 =5*60/12 =25.....................Keep
D. 14P/27=14*60/27=non integer......Eliminate
E. 20P/33=20*60/33=non integer......Eliminate
