Ans: C
In 6 days watch gained 7minuts and 6 second: total 426 seconds
in one day it will gain: 426/6= 71 seconds
= 1 minut and 11 sec.

Of course the method is same - divide 7 min 6 secs by 6...
You can save time if you immediately realize that 7 min means 7*60 seconds..
So divide 7 min or 7*60 secs by 6 = $$\frac{7*60}{6}=7*10=70$$
And remaining 6 seconds by 6 =1 second
Total 70+1=71 second=60+11 second = 1 min 11 second
