D and E are out. They both compare ‘farmhouse’ to ‘less popular locations’

A is also wrong as it compares the farmhouse to an area. C compares the farmhouse to ‘500,000 to 600,000’ euros. So it’s wrong too.

Correct option , as it compares decently renovated farmhouse

Other options compare less popular locations to decently renovated farmhouse

In D , UNLIKE compare the locations , not the houses . But as per meaning of the sentence , the decently renovated farmhouse has to be compared .

A very straight forward apple to apple comparison question. Only B does the comparison correctly(less popular locations VS Beaune-Dijon area). Also follows parallelism to the point.
