1. my academic score is low in 12th grade and graduation then how may I make my profile desirable for admission in Stanford GSB other than good score in GMAT ?
2. I have 4 years of experience as an electrical engineer.
3. Started a restaurant business along with my friends.
4. I am connected to an NGO for social welfare
5. for extra curricular I have joined swimming and 10 m riffle shooting

What else is required for a desirable profile for admission in Stanford GSB?

happyavi23 It's about telling a story of why admitting you instead of someone else is more likely to have a great positive impact on GSB, and society in your further career. What are you aiming to do with your restaurant? How will GSB help you get there? What does your move from electrical engineering into hospitality/restaurant and your hobbies say about you?
