A short and quick comparison could be (as far as i know being a student in france ) :
Grenoble --> Tech valley,
student work allowed -> perfect combo
Lille (EDHEC) --> Smaller but solid (Decathlon, e-commerce), 80%+ placed fast
Reims/Rouen (NEOMA) --> Near Paris, good for luxury/consulting(but for luxury/consulting you would require atleast B2)
Coventry (Warwick) --> OK, but not London-level and pricey
My Suggestion--> Go for Grenoble MiM as if offers the best balance in terms of affordability , tech/analysis scene & work hrs.
--> You can also apply for ESCP but i'm not sure how the MSBA program works in ESCP (for MiM they have multiple campus options which opens up a lot of opportunities )
--> Skip Warwick unless you get funding(UK's job market is not that great now & it is too expensive )
