Admission's Sex Strategy

This is a pure guess, but I think admissions is mostly female.

If that is the case, should we be tailoring our essays for the female perspective?

Yes, you should DEFINITELY cater to a woman's perspective. 

If possible, write about flowers, long walks on the beach, shoes, cuddling, and feelings. Women like that.

Definitely do not write about math, science, accomplishments, or tools. Women find those things confusing.

If you get an interview, wear something professional, yet manly. If you're good-looking, it's ok to flirt a little. If you have a good body, wear a shirt that's a little tighter. Think metrosexual. Women love that.
