3) CGPA of 7.5/10

5) Part of the cricket team in the current company

My interest is in marketing/consultancy after MBA. i am planning to start my own business related to product development and MBA in marketing can help me with the edge over the competition and sell my products more effectively. Can you please suggest me which all schools can i target with this score(US/non US)
Hi Paramveer,
I'd ask you to consider schools beyond the top 20 (Business week) . Your GMAT score is low for an Indian IT male, and is likely to hurt your chances at the top 20 schools.
You can also consider Canadian programs like- Rotman, Schulich, Queen's.
In Singapore - Singapore Management University. For NUS and NTU, you will need very strong applications to have any chance.
In India, you have ISB and IIM Bangalore.
Your career goals will need further thought- if you are studying outside your home country, you are likely to wind up with a huge loan burden. Becoming entrepreneurial immediately after an MBA is not feasible for most. You should think of entrepreneurship as a long term goal, whereas a short term goal
could be to get into product management (now this again will depend on what your current skill base is, and how your goals align with your skills and interest).
Hope that helps.
