HK schools are slightly disadvantaged because if you want to get a job in HK, you have to speak Cantonese. There is no way around it, esp now that there is a tension between the HK and Mainland (Mandarin). Without Cantonese, your job opportunities will be limited unless you luck out and network your way into something great (chances of that are dubious and limited). I would either expect to look for a job outside of HK or make sure you have a job lined up even before starting. It is not impossible to find a job elsewhere in Asia, but sure is easier if you are close by to network.

cedric63, could you please tell us which school did you finally join and what factors contributed towards selecting your school over the other option? It'll be great for the community to learn from your insights and decision. :)
